The Great Canadian Kilt Skate is back in Calgary. We’re back at Olympic Plaza as part of the final day celebrations of the Calgary Chinook Winter Blast festival (https://www.chinookblast.ca),

12:00 pm Start of the Skate
12:15 pm Choir sings O’Canada in Gaelic & English
12:20 pm Brief remarks by Kilt Skate organizer welcoming the skaters
12:30pm Choir sings a short selection of Scottish themed skating songs
1:00 pm  Bagpipers & drummers play
1:30 pm  Highland Dancers Perform
4:00 pm Kilt Skate Ends

Come join us for free hot chocolate. Warm yourself by the outdoor fire. Enjoy the bagpipers, Scottish choir and highland dancers. And strap on your skates for a tour around the plaza.

You don’t need to wait until February 11 to celebrate your inner scot with bare knees and ice. Participate in the Home Edition of the Great Canadian Kilt Skate by taking to the ice wherever and whenever you want.
